Close proximity to KIAL and international educational institutes and colleges, this project location can be an extended home, to stay in Bangalore and spend time with their children. Limited number of Villas will lead to a higher demand for these units. Upcoming commercial developments by both private and government institutes will make this an attractive destination. A number of SEZ and IT parks are in plan. It also has two Railways stations in close distances, which provides all 3 modes of connectivity (Road, Rail and Air) to this project.
